At Willow, access is a core value, and we're committed to making sure more people can benefit from our program. We offer affordable pricing without restrictive and slow processes that would delay the start of your weight loss journey. Willow does not require insurance, and accepts HSA/FSA.
At Willow, we've simplified enrollment to make it accessible and comfortable. You can join our program without getting a doctor's referral, and immediately be evaluated for weight loss medication by one of Willow's board-certified doctors. All from the comfort of your own home. We prioritize simplicity and inclusivity in our approach to health and wellness.
As part of our program, you'll receive complimentary follow-up consultations to make sure your weight loss journey is supported every step of the way. If you encounter any side effects, please reach out to the Willow team promptly for assistance or to address any concerns. Your well-being is our priority, and we're here to provide prompt support and guidance whenever you need it.
We believe in a sustainable and flexible approach to nutrition, without imposing limitations on your diet. Our goal is to guide you in establishing healthy eating habits, complemented by the medication's ability to decrease appetite and "food noise". We encourage maintaining a nourishing, high-protein diet, but most patients are able to lose weight without the need for uncomfortably restrictive dieting or calorie counting.
Once your Willow doctor verifies your identity, reviews your health history, and writes your prescription, we'll send your order to our Willow pharmacy. Pharmacy processing takes 2-4 business days. After it ships, delivery to your home typically takes 2-3 days via FedEx or UPS.
